Local SEO Services,
Done for You Every Week.
Every click you buy from Google is rented. We go after the free ones: one SEO task a week on your main site, picked from your own Search Console, with a report every Friday. From $1,000 a month.
Ads Stop the Day
the Budget Does.
You can buy your way onto the first page of Google, one click at a time. The day the budget runs out, the calls stop, and you're back where you started.
The clicks under the ads cost nothing. Neither does a mention in Google's AI answers or in ChatGPT. They go to the businesses whose sites answer the search best, and in most Ontario towns that race is still wide open.
In November 2026 we measured 1,277 Ontario trade and clinic websites. The median one took 8.3 seconds to show its headline on a phone, about half published no business details a search engine can read, and only 28% of the homepage titles we read named a specific service.
Your Real Searches.
Not a Tool's Guess.
Many SEO reports come out of tools like Semrush and Ahrefs. They're useful for research, but their traffic and keyword numbers are estimates built from their own data, and a domain score has never made anyone's phone ring.
But Google Search Console is different. It's Google's own record of the searches that showed your site, how often, and where you ranked. Every task we do starts there, with a person reading it every Monday.
That's how we found our own biggest opening this month. Search Console showed one of our articles 644 times in three months, at an average position of 25, for searches like "service keywords". We rebuilt the page that week. We didn't need a keyword tool to find it.
The SEO Tasks We Do Every Week.
Each week we pick from this list, based on what your own Search Console says will pay first. It's the same work we do on our own sites every day.
Get Found
Pages that win the searches you already show up for.
Upgrade a page close to page one
When a page sits on page two, we rebuild it into the best answer for that search.
Write the article your site is missing
Your site appears for a search that no page answers. We write that page in your own words.
Add a page for a service and a town
A search for your service in the next town over gets a page to land on.
Build a lead magnet
A cost guide, checklist or calculator that turns a visitor into a lead, at most one a month.
Fix What Holds You Back
The fixes your search data points to, in order of payoff.
Rewrite titles and descriptions
So each one names the job and the town, and earns the click.
Speed up the pages that matter
Measured on a phone with Google's own test, because a slow page loses the visitor first.
Add structured data and FAQ markup
So Google and AI assistants can read your services, hours and answers.
Connect your pages
Links that tell Google which pages matter and walk visitors toward a call.
Get Mentioned
The free mentions: AI answers, citations and links.
Make your business easy for AI to describe
One clear page and the same business details everywhere, so assistants name you correctly.
Publish local data people quote
A number only you have, like a local price survey, that earns links and mentions.
Ask Google to look again
We request indexing for every page we change, and Bing hears about it on every publish.
Check what AI assistants say about you
What ChatGPT and Google’s AI results answer when someone asks for a business like yours.
We Do This for Ourselves
Every Day.
Everything on that list is work we do on our own sites, without a dollar of ads. In the first week of November 2026, Search Console pointed us to the articles on webcore.pro with the most searches sitting just off page one. We rebuilt five of them that week and gave 64 articles the FAQ markup they were missing.
We also measure the market every month. Our Ontario Trades Web Index checks 1,277 trade and clinic websites on a phone, so the plan for your site starts from real local numbers.
We've done SEO for local businesses since 2017, for clients like Clearly and CMI. What's new is the pace: finished work every week, on a site we can work in directly.

Our Promise

What Your
Report Looks Like.
Short enough to read on your phone, and specific enough to check. Each report names the task, the search data that chose it, exactly what changed on your site and what we'll watch next.
Over a few months the reports add up to a record of every page we improved and every search that moved.
Week 6 report
Example
We upgraded your drain cleaning page.
Why this week
"Drain cleaning Kitchener" showed your site 412 times last month, at an average position of 14.
What we did
Rebuilt the page with your prices, a before-and-after photo and six questions customers ask, and linked to it from three related pages.
What's next
We asked Google to look at the page again. Next Friday we'll show you where it moved.
An example for a plumbing business. Your reports use your own data.

Local SEO Services, Answered.
Straight answers before you sign up.
What are local SEO services?
Work that helps a local business show up when nearby customers search for what it does: pages for each service and town, articles that answer real questions, business details search engines can read, and a fast site. Ours is one of those tasks, done for you every week on your main site.
How much do your local SEO services cost?
$1,000 a month for one SEO task a week, $2,000 for two a week and $3,000 for three, billed by OrbitWeb. Your site needs to be on WebCore's Starter plan or higher, from $299 a month, billed separately by WebCore. Moving an existing site to WebCore is $1,500 for the first 20 pages.
Is this a Semrush or Ahrefs report?
No, we don't sell tool scores or keyword estimates. Every task starts from your own Google Search Console, the searches that really showed your site, and ends with a change on your site, not a PDF.
Do you run Google Ads?
No, this service goes after the clicks you don't pay for: Google's regular results and mentions in AI answers. If you already run ads, you can keep them, and the free clicks don't stop when the ads do.
Why does my site have to be on WebCore?
Because we do the work directly in your site, every week. On WebCore every change is saved as a version you can restore, publishing takes one step, and the search basics are rewritten on every publish. On a site we can't work in, a weekly promise would turn into tickets and waiting.
What counts as one SEO task?
One finished piece of work on your main site, chosen from the list above: an upgraded page, a new article, a page for a service and town, a lead magnet, a technical fix or a mentions task. The Friday report tells you why we picked it.
What happens if you miss a week?
It carries over. If a week's task isn't done, you get two the next week, or three the week after, until we've caught up. A service is a promise.
Why do you need my Google Search Console?
It's the only place Google tells you which searches show your site, how often and in what position. Every task starts there, so access is required. If you don't have it yet, we help you set it up in the first week.
Do you publish changes without asking me?
Only with your consent, which you give once when you sign up. You can ask to see any change before it goes live, and every published change can be restored to the version before it.
Can you guarantee a first-page ranking?
No, and nobody honest can. Google says it plainly: “No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.” What we promise is the work: tasks every week, a report every Friday, and any missed week made up.
How is this different from WebCore's plans?
WebCore is the tool, an AI website agent that builds and runs your site. OrbitWeb is the agency. With our local SEO services, our team does the SEO work on your site every week, picked from your data, so you don't have to.
How soon will I see results?
Each task is live the week we publish it. Rankings move on Google's schedule, and how fast depends on your competition. The Friday reports show you what changed and what moved, week by week.
